Why HireMAAS exists
Someone still has to manage the team.
ArgentAI's core work is building AI Employees — task-specific agents that take on real work for a business. As that portfolio grew, a pattern surfaced: every AI Employee still needs a human to direct it, check its output, and keep it coordinated with everyone else around it. The more employees a business deploys, the more that coordination work piles onto one person. The human stays the bottleneck — it just moves to a different layer.
HireMAAS exists to remove that layer. It puts an AI Manager between the human and the workforce — one dashboard that orchestrates multiple workflows on the human's behalf, so the human directs outcomes instead of operating each agent by hand.
Hybrid by design
Not an agents-only tool.
Real teams today run on a mix of people and AI — a human makes the judgment call, an agent handles the repetitive one, often on the same workflow. HireMAAS was built for that reality from the start: it directs and reports on human team members and AI agents through the same dashboard. It isn't a tool that only starts making sense once a company has gone fully automated — it works for the mixed workforce most businesses already have today.
